Default New to the forum, not Blazers

Hi all. I never needed the forum before as the Blazer has been great, and I'm already on the Corvette and Chevelle forums. This is our second Blazer, both bought new. The first was a 1994, and this one is a 1998 with over 230K miles. Lots of things replaced (transmission, A/C, starter, fuel pump, radiator) but no surprises.

The big difference between the two is brakes. The 1994 could not get 30K miles out of a brake pad. Anything over that and the pads ate the rotors. This one? It still has the factory original brakes! I don't know how, but the pads still have material and the brakes work great.
