"Bagged" refers to a suspension setup similar to hydraulics. It replaces the coil/leaf springs with air bags (likethose found on tractor trailers) which makes the suspension adustable. This allows for the vehicle to sit extremely low, sometimes so low that the body touches the ground (called laying frame/laying rocker). Of course while driving the bags are inflated to a comfortable height. On the other hand, it's popular to drag now, too.
Here's a video on Youtube that shows both bagged and dragged trucks pretty well. You may want to turn the music down as it's on the brazen side.

EDIT: Oh and !!!! !! !!!!!!
Perfect example for comparison would be towing helper bags, that used to come on fullsize trucks!! Tripleblack I didn't say that in a rude way, I was just saying that those were a bag that would be too big for any small truck to use. To clear up any confusion here is a picture of a automotive bag:
OK guys, thanks for the info but I won't be going down that route as I still need to use the Blazer for off roading, towing the boat and driving on the beach. I do like the idea though as I think the leaf spring suspension is old technology.
