Hello all

The wife picked up a 1996 Blazer in pretty darn good shape. just a few issues but nothing serious so far. Hopefully I ca pick up some tips and this site is better than the Chevrolet forum. I have posted questions on there that were viewed over 150 times with no replies.Willing to help where I can.

I understand, Just think that most of my problems have been seen or happened before and looking for a general direction to look for a fix. I have owned a few odd ball vehicles and seen a few strange problems so I am familiar with the "never seen that before" replies

Don`t worry your not along.Theirs guys on here who claim they know it all, put you down if you say something they don`t like..and still can`t help you out at the same time.Kind of like a troll. The only reason why I`m on here is because you have more options to choose from,it`s a better made web site.I`ve tried other sites but can`t compare them to this web site

That looks very neat for a 1996, nice find! How many miles on her already?

The wife got it from her boss, She (her boss) had it for quite a few years and got a new car so it sat in the driveway for a few months, Her boss's husband fixed a number of things just to keep it in good shape, New tires, U-joints, transmission, water pump, vacuum hoses, plugs, wires, brakes, calipers, rotors, etc. 156,000 miles and runs like new! needs a few minor things, nut a great find! The wife does a good job finding these gems!

Question

The modifications will happen soon enough. Mostly will be used on the street as I do have a Land Rover for playing off road!
