well I just purchased a billet grille and projectors for it.. And I will be getting a set of hids next month for it... Haven't decided whether it's going to be male or female.. but it will look good.

i was in the same boat as you, got my blazer for cheap, then the motor went, found sawdust in the oil pan, dude before me tried to quite the motor down by throwing sawdust into it.

WellI got it back, runs great. 70,000 mile motor, All new seals(everyone), motor mounts, trans mount, hose etc.the list is long. NowI have to tackle the ac, and front suspensionand it will be good to go.It's on the way to greatness..

Heya Paddle_Grl, yeah, Dirty girls rule!! Here's to a mud and gravel covered truck. NewbieGRL from Canada here, saw a greatback window paint job on a Chevy truck the other day, hope you can appreciate the humour...In big red letters it said, "SILLY TRUCKS R FOR BOYS" She and I were stopped at the light and shared an understanding look.

Welcome! Nice truck! I'm just getting into my 99 and hoping i dont' find problems akin to yours
They are great trucks when they're taken care of though so i'm optimistic once I get the previous crap taken care of i'll enjoy the truck for many years.
