Okay I have a 2000 blazer and have done a tune up( Cap, rotor, spark plugs, air raid, air temp sensor, turbo thrush muffler, cleaned EGR, Throttle blade change, NO SES Light. When I start it it sounds fine. I take off it sputters stalls and after all that crap takes off fine. No problem. It also has a new fuel pump and filter. It also gets crappy gas mileage. (like 8-10mpg) No Vac leaks and also have A/C removed with new pulley I can't pin point what it is for sure but have had a 97 JIMMY and 95 Blazer and both of them would smoke this thing. any help would be great.

Welcome from Utah. Sounds like a leaky spider or FPR. Do a search for how to do a leak down test.
