Default New guy from Vernon, BC

Hey all, Chris from the sunny Okanagan in BC, Canada. I've got a 97 Blazer that my wife and I recently bought to replace my 99 Cavalier as we now have three kids. So my question that I need help with is this; I'm looking to start hauling a boat and maybe a trailer(18-20 foot is my max I think) next year or so and I would like to either pump up my power or possibly swap to a larger engine. and I would like to know what I can do to increase my power and/or how big of an engine and what engine I can swap? Thank you for any and all help.

Welcome to the forum!! as far as engine upgrades go just do some searching around the site and youll find plenty of things to beef up the 4.3, but if your looking to change to a larger motor the 350 is the most common swap.

Thanks everyone, and I'll definitely do some searching around. Looks like there's some pretty nice rides here.
