Welcome from New Zealand.

Chevy Blazer? Pick up or SUV? We need pictures . . PLEASE! LOL

Why would it be different from the US models?

Unless it's a right hand drive, in which case it probably came from England or Japan although being a 2.2 ltr I guess it'll be left hand drive in which case it probably came from the USA. Not heard of any 2.2's in Japan.

C'mon guys - prove me wrong! LOL

I didn't know you could get a 97 with a 2.2 in it. I thought it only came in 1st gen's. Apparently not though

Default The picts

Thanx for welcoming....

here's my 'kebo kutub' : in Indonesia we call Blazer 'KEBO' which means water buffalo, yes it is right steering, and yes it is 2.2 Lt DOHC, 4x2 WD SUV.

or KEBO KUTUB

Another info: Blazer 1st gen in Indonesia is in '96 untill late 2000 which is under OPEL not chevy, then after 2000 its under Chevy. Mine was still OPEL btw.

Wow! An Opel Blazer! LOL Nice.

Interesting. Opel is a European brand, therefore I'd expect to see it as a LHD.

I know opels are sold in the UK & South Africa (or were way back) and they would be RHD but I've not seen a UK Blazer branded as Opel. This is a first. Also, I do know the Blazers in South Africa were built RHD in the US & shipped to South Africa - very few in fact.

Looks like a stock american model. First RHD truck I've seen without the flares though. And a Blazer with hubcaps (wheel covers)? Not seen that before either.

Any idea where it came from?

the mechanic around here call Opel blazer as 4 continent car, the chasis were build in Indonesia (ASIA), the engine were from Vauxhall (Aussie), the exterior from States (U.S) and the interior from Opel (europe) ---if I'm not mistaken this.

ya...hub caps allright..

so its a truck coz its 4x2 right? not SUV (4x4)...sorry im new and adapting to the term around here...

Can I ask somethings?
why cant I insert my flicker image on a posting?
