Hey everyone, glad to be a part of this cool site! Just a short note about my ride and me.
I am the proud, original owner of a `94 s-10 4-door, 4x4, w/ Tahoe trim. I ordered it off of the build sheet in Aug. `93 and took delivery Oct. 28 `93. It has all options except, skid plate, flared wheel moldings, power seat recliners and power pass. seat. It is a bone-stock, survivor. It now has 245,000 miles on it and my wife drives it every day. Three years ago we ran Pikes Peak, two years ago we ran Chaco Canyon, NM., Then last year, with 220,000 we ran from Stillwater, OK. to Alaska and back. 9,266 miles, 28 days and not one problem! So much for GM`s questionable reliabilty!
With the exception of some warranty work, it has never been in a shop! I have done all of the work on it myself. Seems to be happening more lately. I enjoy the tips from you all and look forward to attending a regional get together some day. Thanks, Jeff.

LMAO. i put 26 miles on this thing after i bought it before i had to put a new engine in it.... but 2 weeks after that i drove it from North Carolina to oregon in 3 days (3k miles, maybe a bit more) and it served me well. Nothing but problems since then (who knew this thing wanted REAL fluid in the rear end... i always put sawdust in em...)

Anyway, welcome to the forum

Welcome to the forum! That's a long time to own the same vehicle, you don't usually see that. I know a guy who has had his work truck (Suburban) since it was new (late 80's I think) and has 400K mi. But it's on it's last leg.
