Hi Y'all, I bought my 4 door 4x4 Blazer LT new in 2000 for my wife's commute of six miles and have kept it as an emergency back up vehicle until recently when my wife said she was tired of looking at it. So I went to the local car mart and was insulted by the offers made on this SUV with only 69,000 little old lady (same one that's tired of looking at it) miles on it. Soooo I've decided to make a hunting/fishing ride out of it, maybe a very small lift, new tires and most importantly try and correct the "tuna boat" ride that has always been a problem bordering on dangerous. I'm also having a problem with Bose system, I can barely hear it any more. I've seen some promising ideas here and would like to make sure I do this right the first time. Thanks for your help in advance! Bob

Welcome! I use my 99 LT 4dr for hunting, fishing and towing when it is not snow season when it becomes my DD. You might find my modest build thread of interest as you seem to have a similar goal for yours.

And BTW, 69k miles!!! That is great!
