Just bought a 2002 2dr, 2wd, 5sp manual Blazer. It has 95000. miles showing. Is very clean inside and out. Engine is tight and the transmission shifts are smooth. I ran a carfax on it before buying and that came back clean. So, other than doing some basic things (oil, coolant, tune-up, brake pads) what else should I look for?

Welcome to the fourm!! That would be about all you need to look for, just doing the general tune up items. I would check your radiator hoses to for wear and replace if needed.
