New Member! - 2001 Bravada Platinum
Hello all!
I just aquired a 2001 Bravada, black on black with 111k. Has lots of little issues, but seems to be reliable. Currently using it as a second car, but would like to make it my DD over time. Just fixed my rear glass, the latch was JB welded closed. We managed to fix the latch, and it works great now.
Gonna change the transfer case fluid, and front and rear diff fluid. Not sure if I need special fluid for the diffs.
A/C doesnt work. It has a leak at a fitting near the radiator.
The oil cooler fittings on the radiator are leaking.
My evaporator case is disintegrating. When you turn the blower motor on, you can feel air coming out of it under the hood.
Not sure what to do about that. Thinking about trying to find a better one at a junkyard.
Needs a muffler.
Needs a new trans crossmember.
Needs some steering work, alignment is off a little.
Other than that seems like a good car. Driven it over 100 miles over the last couple days. No major issues.
