I own a 02 two wheel drive 2 door Blazer. Changes are K&N air filter, heavy duty coil over shocks, I had the rear window frames painted to match the rest of the truck. Most everything else is stock.

Problem I am having is I keep getting a P101 code. I clean the Mass Airflow sensor and it is good for about 6 months. The question I have is I replaced the sensor with a new one. However I get a code thrown for right bank running lean. Will the ECM automatically correct this or do I have to have it scanned to fix it? I don't want to drive it with a lean indicator and end up burning a piston for the lean condition.
Thanks
Mike
