Hey guys, I thought this would be the place to start my intro. My name is Rob, and I reside in Barrie Ontario Canada. I used to have an '87 Jimmy (pics below), which I sold long ago, and have since gone through a couple vehicles. Since then my love for the Jimmy/ Blazer's has not faded and alas, I find myself wanting another one.
Here is a brief history of myself...
Like above, my name is Rob. I started out with an 87 GMC Jimmy, bone stock and ready for mods.

I dropped it 7'' in the front, and 6'' in the rear, added some custom painted camaro wheels, and a system and drove the crap out of it for close to 2 years.

Unfortunately I had a stroke of stupidity and sold it for $500...and built this...

After about 4 months of having that, I inherited this:

Which I traded in for this:

Which turned into this:

And now looks like this:

The reason that i'm here in the end of it all, is that my lancer is pending sale and if she goes i'll be back on the market for another Jimmy/Blazer. I'm going to have a look at a '97 Blazer 4x4 tomorrow with 112,000 KM on the ODO, and he's asking $1000. I shall let you guys know what comes of it, if anything!!
Cheers

Haha, I get bored easily. I got the lancer for the commute to and from school (130km one way), but now that I'm all finnished up and working full time, it's time to scale up and get something more suited to my style, work and my adventurous side.

Oh I'm working on it. I had a guy and his mechanic friend show up last night and looked it over good. They offered me 7500 for it AS IS, to which I replied 7800, then they said 7750 and I said okay. He then told me that it'll be a couple days untill he gets the cash from the bank as it in his tax free savings account and he has to request them to release the money and it takes 2 days. So by the end of the week I'll know if it's a done deal....hopefully. And like I said, I'm going to look at a 97 tomorrow so I'm pretty exited
