Welcome from Byhalia MS. I just joined Monday, and already like this place. As for the 4X4 issues, I have the same problem with my '94 and my future StepFather has the same deal with his '95 Silverado. Seems like we can't get them out of 4HI or 4LO unless we power down as well... I have heard that the actuator switches may be bad, but haven"had time to fully research. Just my 2 lincolns...

Just posted a thread in under General Tech in the Mech & Maint section regarding my 4x4 codes/issues. The specific code I have is C0300- Rear Propeller Shaft Signal Circuit Malfunction.

welcome from Grand rapids. For lift you have two options. 1. crank the tbars 1.5in and put either an add-a-leaf or shackles in the back for around 60 bucks. 2. Get a body lift for around 200 bucks. Both are fairly easy to do.

Would love to put a SBC in the Blazer! Need to finish this Oldsmobile project first though.

Found corroded pins on the TCCM...see thread in Maint section below for pics and more detail:
C0300- Rear Propeller Shaft Signal Malfunction- 4x4 won't disengage
