And correct me if I'm wrong, but Breaux Bridge has a Jambalaya Festival every year? So many festivals in so many towns/communities I can't keep them all straight.

Nonononononono not jambalaya. Crawfish festival. One of the biggest festivals in louisiana.

 

I live in Baton Rouge for 3 years then Alexandria. Alot of the people I know that farm crawfish also farmed rice during the off season.

We used to hunt the Morganza spillway.
Dam now you're making me "homesick". Gonna have to start streaming KBON!

 

Crawfish, that's right! I think I even had a shirt from the festival sometime back in the 80s.
