Hello blazer forum members,
First, a lttle info(as requested) about me.
My name is Clint. I work at a GM dealership in the parts department,
and I previously worked as a GM tech(GM ASEP Grad.).
And now, what everyone really cares about...my blazer
.
I have a white 1993 S10 Blazer 4x4 4.3(W)(181,000 mi.) Automatic(freshly built).
I've put a single flowmaster on it with a turndown, but I plan to go dual.
I've been told that the flowmaster's tone depends on the length of exhaust
tubing after the muffler, so the turndown will hopefully be gone soon. I also
installed a 3 inch body lift. I'm running 265/70R15 Dunlops on it, and they only
rub occassionally (i.e. rough driveway entry/exit
) My fuel economy isn't that
wonderful, as you probably could figure from my increase in tire size(tire sticker
recommends tee-niny-tiny-205's...yikes!). Future plans, very distant($$$)
future plans, would include swapping a 5.7 for my 4.3 and fresh paint(thinkin
orange/black). Right now, got some technical problems with it(will be posted elsewhere).
Its kinda rough, but hopefully it'll only get better.
