So what's that foil do? Act as some sort of restrictor plate then? Unless I hear people talk about major negative side effects, I may have to try this...

I think it was put there for when you are in stop and go type traffic. maybe to conserve gas. i notice that it's much more responsive now so i just don't press it as hard to get it to move. i would do it if i was you i've had it done for 3 years now no problem also all my buddies done it too no problems. good luck thanks for the welcomes!
