Default New owner of 84' Blazer

Hey all my name is Israel. I am from Orem, Utah and I am the new owner of an 84' S10 Blazer 2.8L V6 and was hoping to come on here to get some ideas on how to increase my horsepower and make it a better vehicle for wheeling.

welcome to the show brother.

now the pic is working, and looks to be in pretty good shape for a '84. looks like she's had a little TB crank & some shackle work done already.

if you seriously want to upgrade the performance of your Blazer, then do what every 2.8 owner does, drop in a 4.3 (you'll need to swap the trans as well).

you can either grab everything from another truck, and upgrade to EFI, or you can keep it carbed by dropping on an intake & carb from Edelbrock.

there is a ton of info on the forum, so feel free to do a search when you're ready. just be sure to drop any questions in the right section when the time comes.
