Default New owner Seeking Advice

I Just bought an 01 blazer 2dr 70,000k miles. Everything appears as if it hs been taken care of. but im not to mechanically savvy. Im wanting to know what all basic to minor tune up type things might need to be done to insure it is in tip top condition. So any information i could get even general info about blazers in geneal would be appreciated.

If it has dexcool (red anti-freeze) get it flushed out and put prestone green in. Dex-cool took my motor out at 97k miles. I was forced to upgrade to a v8.

Oh I forgot... welcome to the boards...
