newbie here from san jose calf,please help me

 

i have a 94 s10 blazer with 4.3 vortec motor with the [w] vin,so here is what happened was on my way to get exaust fixed and ran out of gas did not really need the car so i let it sit for about a year,so i filled up the take the other day and it would not start pump went bad replaced it got plenty of fuel pressure still no start so i replaced fuel filter still no start fires up if i send so fuel down the throttle body so i replaced fuel regulator still wont start. please help i am at your mercy
