Hello all. Just joined, wanted to say hello. Just purchased an 89 K5 that's already had a lot done to it motor wise. New 383 stroker, turbo 400 transmission, 4.11 gears, putting 37" Toyo M/T's on it. Need to redo the interior now, so anyone with tips on saving money or getting creative, please let me know or point me to some pre-existing threads. Thanks!

Welcome from VA!! Nice rig! I wouldn't use 4x4 with the different size tires front and rear.

Thanks,
The way you see it is pre-purchase. He had the gearing correct for the tire size, but it was up in the 5's. I need more of an every day driver, so he agreed to swap the gears to new 4.11's all around and we're selling those rims/tires and putting toward new 37's. He's also changing the TC to a more street friendly setup.

Very sweet K5! I get shivers just listening to it.

Oh yeah, and welcome to the forum.

hey there, new to the forum, not sure if this is how to post but here goes.....
i'm putting 215/65/15 tires on my 2000 blazer 4wd, it had 235/70/15's, other than the speedometer being off is there any other issues that might arise?
