i just bought a 99 2dr blazer the abs light was on when i bought it but was inspected for the year i have had it for a week and now the service engine soon light is on and i filled the gas tank up this morning and noticed the tank {i think} was leaking would that cause my sec light to be on ? and if so do u think it would be a big fix?

Welcome to the forum! First things first, you're going to want to go to Advance or Autozone and get the codes pulled. Write them down, and bring 'em back to us. P_ _ _ _ and we can point ya in the right direction.

As for the ABS light...I believe you're going to need dealer diagnostics to pull the ABS systems codes..but I'm not positive on that. I know those are usually the A ___ codes (again, all this is IIRC).

The tank leak could cause an EVAP code, just like a loose gas cap triggers one (no way to sustain vacuum with a hole in the tank).

Edit: Also, you're going to want to post your technical issues in the appropriate tech section. The New Member Area is more for introductions and stuff about your ride. Once you get the codes pulled, either start a thread with your specific codes and list the same symptoms you put here. Unless a moderator moves this thread to the tech section first...

Basically, read through the Forum Rules to get a grip on the whole 'double posting' limitations.
