I have a 2000 Blazer 2wd that was given to me as a gift. It's got some 121,000 miles in it and have to make some repairs. For one, need to fix the parking brake and I don't know how to. Can anybody help me in this?

Also need to fix a constant squeal coming from the rear axle. Would that be related to the above? Your help will be appreciated.
