Hi Everyone,

I was surfing the net trying to find out why my gas gauge keeps bouncing, and came across this site. Judging from the responses, there is no concrete answer. I am pleased that there's a site dedicated to my "baby". I'm sure I'll be able to find any answer I need here.

Oh there's a concrete answer

It's the fuel level sending (-er?) unit. I'm pretty sure stock, it's an integrated part of the fuel pump, but once you replace with a new GM pump, the fuel pump and sender can be replaced independently. Although this is considering you have a 2nd gen blazer. 1st gens I dont know if they even had the problem...and if they did...if GM has a fix for them or not.

My Blazer is a 2000 model LT. 4.3 Liter engine. 4dr 4wd. It's stock except for the sound system and the tow hitch. I'm considering new rims to replace the stock alloys. It has 235/75's to raise it a little above standard. I'll try to post a pic soon.
