Default Part hunt

Im new here asking if any members know how to hunt a part/
i just brought a 2001 chevy blazer lt have bad/broken driver side seat need try find the actuators under seat to replace one any advive/ dont wantto replace entire seat if i can find the part somehow and fix it myself

What I do will look for the original part number for the part I want at one of the online GM parts dealers. Even if the part is unavailable (which is likely) I can then use that part number in a Google search and to search on eBay.

If that doesn't work, it normally means going to the wrecking yard. I have a hack for that. If you can search the VINs of the wrecking yard stock, then that can help with things like matching body style and interior colors, etc. Some of the online GM parts sellers will let you search by VIN which can help with identifying the proper part numbers. If you have access to a VIN decoder (which normally costs a small fee) you can go so far check the RPO codes.
