Default Roach Coach...Jacksonville, FL

I have owned many S10 pickups and Blazers. I just traded a 1995 Blazer 4dr and $2000 for a 2001 Blazer 2 dr LS. The truck is in pretty good shape with minor dings on the sides, nothing major. The thing is, the truck is dirty. The guy had 3 small children who loved McDonald's, soda, and candy... obviously. I plan to remove the interior from front to back (like I did last year with my 1995 )and I will bring it back to life. A couple days ago, I dicovered that the truck has those little german roaches. I put Combat gel in and we will see if it works. I don't want to pull the interior out and get roaches in my home. So until they die.................................... ... I will be the guy who drives the ROACH COACH!! Funny thing is, I have a 2003 Lincoln Town Car that is clean and flawless but it just isn't fun to drive like the Blazer. Sad, I would rather ride with the roaches than drive the Town Car. Maybe GM did some subliminal advertising with the Blazers and reprogrammed my brain.

welcome!! those german roaches at least are the smallest of the common roach family....I might suggest making sure you don't step on them...and make sure you have no hitchikers....if you squish one you could get the eggs on your shoe, and then track them into the house....good look with the roach coach!

I agree with dropping in a roach bomb, and leaving it for a few days.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a roach bomb is in your future. Once they are all cleaned up, you should like your blazer lots more and will never ride in that town car again.
