Default Well - I'm BACK!!!

Not that I've been gone really - just have been out of a Blazer for a while.

I decided to look long and hard this time and got exactly what I wanted!

ZR2 with everything on it.

74k miles and a 2002. We got it for $5k.

I can't complain - just need a pair of flares for the back end.

So, my original red Z85 led to a black 4-door Jimmy (lemon) and then the waiting game for a black ZR2 with low miles.

Some of you might remember my past trucks... I'll be doing most of what I did to the Z85 to the ZR2 - Especially the rock sliders!

Anyway, here I am again.

Welcome back! I remember seeing your truck and how much the sliders protected you when it got hit and it helped push me to get mine installed sooner. Looks like a nice Z can't wait to see what you do with it.

Welcome back! But doesnt it get old; every time you have to go in the back, to take the spare down. Seems like too much trouble just to get a couple of tools.

Not exactly, My red one had the tire dropped and with the 4" back space on the rims, the glass wasn't effected by the tire. It opened without swinging the spare tire.

That wasn't the case for the black one, but I never had time to work on that aspect - we had the back seats to put stuff in.

The ZR2 though - LOL! That's a big a$$ tire out the back window! Looking for a drop bracket online but coming up short. Might have to have one made.

We'll see... Translation, look for a post in the future!
