Default Whats up...

I came across this forum looking for a more active forum for my vehicle (the others are a great wealth of past info, just wanted a forum that had more current activity)...

Anyways.. I purchased a 89 S10 Blazer bout a week ago. Im slowly going thru the motions on getting it road worthy.

That is how it looked the day of purchase 25 Oct 09.

I have since, replaced most of the brake components for a really bad brake fluid leak and other related issues

Replaced near every interior ground cable

Sold the spoke wheels and purchased stock 2nd gen alloy wheels. Will be getting tires on those wheels shortly today. Will take new pics after that is completed.

It has definitely been a project, that I'm no where near finished with

--EDIT--

Just got the 2nd gen rims on it..

first replace all door/hatch locks (only the pass side works). then pull everything and replace the grill/light housings with black/crome replacements. New paint - thinking gun metal gray. Haven't figured out what im gonna do with the lights. Probably keep stock looking lens with leds, buts thats after paint (who knows how far away thats gonna be)....

Ill more than likely transplant my radio from the Mailbu after the locks. It did 142.3db in a hatchback, im curious how the blazer will handle/hold up to it...
