Default Question about Non-Blazer Turbo

I know this doesnt have to do with my Blazer but I am going to ask anyway. One of the oil seals went out on my Mazdas turbo and was dumping oil into my exhaust and through the intecooler. I bought a new turbo that should be here b the end of the week but what I am wondering about is the intercooler. Can I clean it out or do I need to get a new one? If I can how do I clean it? PLEASE HELP!!!

You should be able to clean it, but it'll require removing it and running some degreaser through it to get all of the oil out.
