Default 3 in body lift?

just wondering where i can go online or in a store to buy a 3in body lift for my 1998 blazer 2dr...and how much do they usually go ffor

Summit, ebay, 4wheelparts, and basically every other online offroad place too. Not sure how much, but if you go to the sites you can find out.

body lifts aren't expensive at all...usually around like $200. this place has a 2" but will give u something to start with

I found one on craigslist for $45, a 3" too, not used at all either. look around for a good deal, you can probably get a good one for a little over $100 and if your lucky, one for even less

Newbie 4x4 question.



How hard is it to put a BL on and what exactly does it involve? do I have to remove the carpet and seats? raise the radiator?

Do a web search for Performance Accessories.
They sell a great body lift kit, and I believe you can download the installation instructions.

I'm pretty sure they don't make a 3" for second gen blazers. I have seen people adapt first gen BL to work with second gen trucks through. It probably won't be an out of the box install. As for difficulty it depends if you have all the right toold to remove the body mounts and lift the body. I beleive you will also have to cut the fan shroud or install an e-fan.

i looked everywhere. only 2 inch for 98 and up. i just installed mine a few months ago. wasnt hard, but i had a fork lift to lift the body.
