Default RE: 4 inch lift ?

Why are you specifically looking for a 4" lift? Are you trying to fit a certain size tire? Many people come on and ask for a certain size lift and I've never understood that. What you should focus on rather than the height of the lift, is what size tires/wheels you will want to run and then go from there...

But to answer your question, there are no 4" susp lift kits out there.

There are a few other options though...
-2" body lift
-2" susp lift
-tbar crank/shackle lift (kind of a DIY susp lift. usually about 1.5"-2" lift)
-5" or 6" lift kits (MUCH more expensive. much more work)

ive never seen anything other than a 2 or 6 inch lift for a 97, i have one aswell and my opinion is a tbar crank, a body lift and possibly new shackles to raise the rear...thats pretty much it unless youre willing to spend $1000 or more to get a 6 inch lift and a 2 inch suspension lift is pretty much useless.

No I have a 6" Superlift Kit with 33" Mud Terrain tires. The BDS kit requires some cutting and welding to relocate the front control arms and to drop the front diff. Still very easy to install. Depending on the tire size you choose, you might need to trim your fenders to prevent rubbing. My tires still rubs a little but next month that will be taken care of.
