I discovered a series of videos about off-road driving in Australia. I'm no expert but the advice seems sound. It is also interesting to see some of the issues they have down there that we in North America don't have; e.g. carrying a snake-bite kit!

This video is just one in a series and it is interesting to see him discuss the size of vehicle you should get.

 

I've watched some of his videos on self recovery. Some good stuff.

 

I've seen some of his stuff. I also got watching 4WD 24/7. They have really good episodes.
