The only AWD S10 was the Typhone or Syclone from '92-'93. Everything else is 2wdr or 4wdr.
The Astro van has a AWD option as well.

Good point, I usually don't think about the Bravadas or the Jimmys much.

good thinking zero but those are bravadas and not a blazer. I know about awd bravadas but have never heard or seen of an awd blazer or jimmy.

My Bravada = Blazer w/ different grill/bumper/groundeffects.

The AWD option was just that. It was probably an ordered option only and is mostlikely a very rare option on Blazers/Jimmys. It's RPO code F46 for my year (and possibly others) S10 based vehicles. It is the Smart-Trac on demand AWD. It uses the same front & rear axles with a transfercase that has a viscous coupling between the front and rear driveshafts instead of the direct coupling like in the 4x4 models. I believe it can actively shift power between the front and rear axles from 100% rear to 100% front and anything inbetween.
