Default Front bumper and suspension questions

Hey yall just bought a 2000 chevy blazer 4 door and I'm looking for a heavy duty bumper to put on the front. I was gonna install the wern trans4mer but after contact with wern I was told that they do not build a bumper for the body style any more. I want something more along the brush guard style. Also I am wanting to install taller shackles and add a leaf in the rear. Where is the best place to get those.

For a front bumper, you'll have to do do a google search for "s10 blazer bumper" with the words like "winch" and "bushguard". There are fewer vendors out there than there use to be but you can find them.

Similar for the shackles. If you want a full lift kit, Rough Country has one.

My front end setup is a 2 part "combo", consisting of a 4wdfactory winch mount (which I don't even see listed on their web side any more unfortunately...) that keeps the winch tucked in and gives a pair of D-ring mounts, and a generic brush guard around it for basically the look and if gives me a good place for a 24" LED bar for lighting up winch jobs at night

Tom I can't get enough of your truck! I'm going to go for the same look when I get my axles. As far as bumpers go here is mine. Still not done yet.

Yours is looking great. That bumper looks super tough.

Looking forward to your SAS build thread. 👍

Looks good. I like the slot in the middle. I don't think I've seen one like that before.
