Default Georgia Trails

So, my hubby and I decided to take a little "shortcut to nowhere" yesterday. Went through the Forest Service access road twice, once alone, once with a friend [the red Jeep Cherokee]. As you'll see in the video, my baby got completely covered in mud. You can hardly tell what color she is. At the end of the second run, we realized that the passenger side cv joint was giving out. x.x We knew it was going, but I guess I pushed just a little too hard for that part to stand. :3

As you'll see the little Jeep took safer routes through some of the puddles, where as I just floored it. Then, he complained that his Jeep wasn't as dirty.

Now, my hubby seems to be pro-video, anti-pics. So this is all I have for now. Will get some actual pics up later. Planning to go down the road tomorrow before the car show that we will be entering her in.

Also, yes, I was driving the whole time, husband stood as cameraman.

PS...I hate the title my husband gave this vid. -.-

If you really want to break it in 2 minutes, carry some speed on Rich Mountain near Jasper.

Well, I don't really want to break it. My hubby was just being an ***. :| But, I'll defiantly have to look that place up. This FS road was right around the corner from my house. Only open during deer season, though.

Here's some photos of the aftermath.

You will probably win at least one award at the car show. (main reason being yours will probably me the only vehicle that is mudding as hell) lol

I actually like the way it looks with the mud. Better than the green at least. Lol I sprayed off most the mud and you still can't tell what color she really is from the front.

I was thinking i'd get some kind of award. But we'll have to wait and find out until next months car show. Apparently this place has a time limit on entries and I got there too late. Oh well.
