Today we went out to the hills, just a few mins from the city and spent a couple hours driving around.

lol, ya I got a kick out of that. Heading down the hill and see this and had to take a pic.

I was told it was a desert here before I left NS, but didn't really clue in until I got here. It's pretty much the driest place in Canada. Lots of hills and trails just outside of the city limits pretty much anywhere.
