The 4.3L V6 engine is a very strong engine and is a very common swap into other light wieght off-road rigs. They get dropped into everything from Jeep Wrangler types to Toyotas. I have even seen them in tube buggies.

well, you can't beat that it typically has the highest torque and tow rating in its class....
