bowshooter1, that is flexed out all the way. You can't even turn the wheel without cramming the tire into the fender. You'd either bust the heck out of your fender or cut down your wheel if you had to use that much flex offroad and be able to steer, probably do both... That is why 31's don't "fit" without ~5" of lift or a WHOLE mess of clearancing on the 2nd gens.
