Swartllk you sayin that a 2"body lift and a 2" shackle/torsion lift wont fit 31's on a 2nd gen.

Take a look at bowshooter1's picture and see for yourself. It really comes down to what your definition of 'fit' is. My definition is no trimming and under all articulation & steering angles. Besides, with a 2" torsion lift you'll risk premature ball joint failure.

bowshooter1, that is flexed out all the way. You can't even turn the wheel without cramming the tire into the fender. You'd either bust the heck out of your fender or cut down your wheel if you had to use that much flex offroad and be able to steer, probably do both... That is why 31's don't "fit" without ~5" of lift or a WHOLE mess of clearancing on the 2nd gens.

haha ya i know on the front i need to get some zr2 torsion bars but im talking about the drop on the rear. but i just went to church and actually got one front tire and one rear tire off the ground and it was only about 2 inches lower than the pictures i posted.

Here's a couple old ones before my most recent mods. It was right at the point that the driver tire started to spin. I didn't keep going until the g80 kicked in but I will next time. The curb on the passenger side is just ove 4 inches as well.
