i went off roading at a little local spot with my buddy. i brought a camera so we could take pics and videos, but as soon as we got there the batteries died. typical.

How far south of the city are you? Hinsdale, Lemont? Where are you and how far are you willing to go?

There's gotta be some places around Plainfield, I would think.

 

im in the newlenox, mokena, frankfort, tinley, orland part. like 45 mins from the loop. yeah i just went through a huge puddle and forgot to throw 4wd on and almost got stuck! hah i was embarrassed but as soon as i threw it on i was out in a jiffy. im not to sure what hoosierland is but im in frankfort.im willing to make a trip as long as its legal and the cops dont care. im only 17 and my dad keeps warning me that if i get caught il get my liscense taken away for reckless driving.

 

the awesome city cops gave me a ticket last night for my glass pack. they claimed it was too loud. now i have to go pay 60 bucks to put my syock on and get more piping. sweeeet. they didnt even say anything about my truck being muddy

 

How can you get a ticket for a glass pack? Its a muffler isn't it? As long as you have a complete exhaust system it's perfectly legal I thought... I'd take it to court, I think that's ridiculous.

 

yeah i am and i do have a full exhaust. he sat in his car for like 5 mins when he pulled me over i think trying to find something to pull me over for. My glass pack has a down tip on it so maybe he didnt think i had a muffler? i was so pissed now im driving on a ticket and i have to put my stock muffler on.
