Default Mountain Trek

Went up in the mountains outside of Denver on a couple of trails. was pretty much my first time doing any wheeling like this. decent sized rocks, steep, muddy at times. lots of cool mines and drop offs too see. took a couple pics.

Damn those are some nice views! You don't see that around here. Looks like a pretty great trail too, a little dry for my liking though. Not enough mud

Thanks for the compliments. the blazer has the gmc highrider wheels, 2" tbar crank, and 2" shackles. it really needs some new tires, but it did ok. gonna get some pro comps or bfg mt's and go a few more times this summer. ive got an ORI light bar on order, and im putting black KC slimlites on that. also, getting the flares and front bumper done in bedliner in the next couple of weeks.
the trails and views were freakin awesome. there was mud in places, and mountain streams to cross, so it was a little of everyting. also the trail was very steep.
even though im in denver, i rarely used to go up the mountain, now with the blazer i will go alot more often. i dont think my slammed and cammed camaro would do so well.....

IDK if there is a name for the trail. its in my buddy's back yard pretty much, so i just followed him. hes done alot more of that than me and knew the trails well. i think it would be easy to get lost for sure, so i didnt go alone. i have no gps, just on my iphone, and it had no signal at all.

nice man i know what u mean about not going by urself and getting lost last year i went to the smokey mountains on the nc tennese border and found a random trail went all threw the mountains with great views like that. It was single lane and no guard rails or anything, took a hour 2 reach the end finding out that it was a dead end so i just turned around and went back. But there were some trails off the main trail and you could get lost so easy. No 1 was around my cell phone and my garmin gps wouldnt get a signel cause if the trees.
