Default My various off-road adventures

I went wheeling this weekend...that is to say, my wife went wheeling and I rode. We ended up breaking the front drive on her transfer case. (Video lower in this post) But we still had a blast. Apparently our little blazers are fairly capable in 2wd Low as well.

Here are some stuffs:

Looked like major fun, minus the damage. I am jealous!

Meh, you win some you lose some. Now I just have to find a new transfer case to pop in there. Strange that it went out when it did. I have done plenty worse to my Blazer without problems.

Why didn't the rear tires spin when you were trying to go up that rock/hill structure? It was in 4x4 because the front wheels spun but the backs seemed locked.

The left rear was spinning.

Hmmm...

I've seen these videos elsewhere...

Great time and looks like it is past time for a locker in the rear!

Well...this adventure wasn't mine, and it doesn't involve a Blazer...but it does involve a ZR2 and my brother. =D

You remember my brother's truck guys? Looks like this:

Well...he went wheeling this past weekend at Barnwell Mountain near Gilmer, TX. He brought back a few beauty marks I am jealous of...

He was upset about the mirror at first...but then he discovered the electric motor still worked as well as the heater! XD Anyway...thought I'd share. Enjoy!
