Yup, BC got dumped on pretty good. That's an Ontario plate though? That doesn't count.

 

Here's a pic from my first week living up here in NY. Got about 8+ that day.

 

I dont have any snow pics, but I can remember the last winter I was home in buffalo NY. We got 8 FEET in 24 hours.

 

Would have been cool to see pics of that. It's snowing here right now but just a dusting. Nothing major.....

 

The only picutre I have is an actual printed out photo about halfway through the storm, and the snow was already above our pool in the back yard (above ground.

 

Still no snow in Baltimore! Nothing but frigid air and wind. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

 

I have a feeling you wont find any Pictures of that...

Thats 4 feet 8 Inches. While remarkable, it isnt exactly "8 FEET".

I thought something was funny...
considering:

87 inches is still only 7 Feet 3 inches.



Just saying, the US has not seen 8 feet of snow in 24 hr period in recorded history.

 

Maybe drifts over 8 foot tall, but not snow fall of 8 foot. Buffalo got a ton of snow all at once with higher than normal winds last winter, I do remember that.

 

When I lived in WV, it wasn`t abnormal for us to get snow by the feet. Those were the days. Too bad I wasn`t old enough to drive at the time!
