Default Recommended come-along

I need to get come-along. Can someone recommend one that can work great with an 85 k5 but isn’t killer on the wallet, well they’re all pretty cheap. But what’s a good quality one? Thanks guys!
One more question(edit): I have no front bumper and instead of spending an arm and a leg to get a bumper with shackles, can I attach shackles directly to the frame posts where you attach the bumper mounting brackets? (Sorry for my uneducated terminology)

Regarding the tow hooks; I've seen were people will carry a roll of electrician's tape to keep the loop of a tow-strap from falling off when it is not under tension.
