Strap 100% of the time. Chains are way to easy to break and cause serious damage to vehicles and people. I have a smaller 10,000 strap for small work, and a 30,000 Pro Comp strap for larger jobs.

Strap, i have seen chains do wicked things to rigs and heard of deadly chain incidents with people too [&:]
