Not illegal, Just dirty. They are visible at all times if they are clean.

I'm taking a close look at the pic and it almost looks photoshopped! I can guarantee its not but it almost looks like it is!

i guess its just the angle. ever see the super dark plate covers?

Yeah, my neighbor rocks a super tinted cover on his mustang. he's an idiot to say the least and he also rocks neons, tinted tails, tinted headlights, tinted turns, no window tint. i thought that was interesting.

i need new tires to do more UW, if i try and go up a curb or something, my tires just spin haha

O ya! Lots of people have them. I just don't like how shiny and brand new my plates look. Toned it down nicely.

i deff think the plates are a mustang thing because i see them alot on mustangs
