Default Went out to Rausch Creek today

Spent the day out with a few guys at Rausch Creek. Was a great time.... The pics and videos REALLY don't do it justice, the "fire pit" which You'll see later was about 15' deep and was really soft coal mud at the bottom (needless to say I was the only one crazy, or stupid enough to go in)

Here's some pics

Yeah I got stuck to the point of needing a yank twice, but all in all I was very impressed with the blazer.

And here's two vid's I'll post more pics and vids as the rest of the gang sends them to me....

Looks like a lot of fun. Too bad you couldn't make it out of the fire pit though, that would have been really impressive.

Oh next time i'll get out of the fire pit (provided the water isn't too deep) It's normally about 4' of water THEN mud under there.

OH i didn't get a pic but there is some carnage from the fire pit (if you watched the video you heard the crunch) my d/s liscence plate light got ripped off (junkyard run time) and there's a dent in the bumper but i'm not too worried about it.

When i get the next round of pics and videos there's one where i hit a two puddle area and actually went airborne (well partially) teehee

Looks like a G80 or the like would have gotten you out of that fire pit.

Yeah I'm eventually going to get a powertrax and a lift, but for now I like the challenge.

Some people build huge expensive rigs and try to see what their limits are. Me, I like to see how far i can go WITHOUT building a big expensive rig.

I love rausch creek I need to go again, my 4runner is crying to go off road. The fire pit is a tricky one, when I was with some people last time a dude with a full size chevy got stuck on his torsion bars on a stump going in haha
