That rack is real small. They look pretty dinky on top of the blazers. Long roof = bigger basket.

Surco makes a better fit for the Blazer, 35x60 or 40x60, depending on how wide you want it. Surco also has a whole line of rack mounts, for lights, spare tire lock, and a hi-lift if you wanna keep it outside.

 

so u say to go with a 60 long and 35 or 40 wide and could u plz give me a good site im looking and cant find the mounts for the tire and lights thanks for the help

 

I was just saying I think the smittybilt one is way too small for a 4-door. May be better on a 2-door.

EverythingSUV has the racks and accesories. You also have to order the adapters that let you clamp the Surco rack onto the stock roof rack.

Mine is a 40x60. I think Surco will reccomend 35, 40, or 45 wide for the blazers. I have enough room for the spare tire, cooler, 4 folding chairs, and then some. Havnt tried to fit more than that yet

I cant recall what the model number of the adapter set is...but the guys at EverythingSUV are real good. If you send them an email asking for the adapter set, they'll fill you in. For my order, they actually emailed me after I placed my order, and got the set added on to the order with no problems for me

Edit: Didn't realize they had the adapters listed down there! Its the first one, Surco 1101.
