This years snow wheeling

It got a little slushy yesterday here in Southern California. Riverside County (Lamb's Canyon).
So I punched the 4Hi button and was able to drive through with no problem. There were people sliding in front of me and behind me. I didn't have any problem getting through, even with the crappy worn tires I had.
Today I finally made up my mind and got my *** to the tire shop. I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced. Falken Rocky Mountain ATS 30X950R15C1 104S
What a difference new tires make.

i was thinking about going up to Lake Arrowhead yesterday but with that ex-cop going around and they haven't found him yet, yeah...kinda put a damper on my weekend. and they were suppose to have snow down to like 3800 feet!! so not happy!

Crazy year for weather. Here in South Dakota, the weather can never make up its mind, especially this past week. We went from a 70 degree day to the 40's then back to the 60's and then in one day rain, freezing rain, snow. Fun to drive in with the Blazer, but really regretting bringing my car out of storage for the "Spring" a couple of weeks ago.
