Default 12497018 GM Tubular Assist Steps

I just purchased Assist Steps from a dealership part #12497018, but there was no installation instructions.....Can anyone help me out here ? The mounting hardware is nothing like the Westins I removed. Thanks in advance

It looks like they mount to the underside of the body mounts and then may have a strap that gets screwed fast to the rocker seam in the center depending on length. Does that make sense for the hardware you have? Can you snap a few pictures of what you have hardware & step wise?

These are pictures I got off the web. Not the new ones I have in the box.
